Hiring Manager Partnership: define role profiles and scorecards. Process & Systems: maintain ATS hygiene, interview kits, and reporting. Brand & Storytelling: shape Moment's narrative to attract top candidates. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years sourcing or recruiting technical and/or GTM talent. Exceptional sourcing instincts and outbound creativity. High-velocity operator managing many concurrent searches. Strong judgment, taste, and an extremely high bar for talent.
