Act as a strategic partner to leadership, building leadership capability. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in organizational development, instructional design, or leadership development. Self-starter with ownership from diagnostic phase to execution. Strong business acumen to translate strategy into learning roadmaps. Experience designing blended leadership development (e-learning, workshops). Strategic mindset with bias toward action and attention to detail.
