Volunteer Manager

📋 Description Develop and implement regional volunteer recruitment strategy. Recruit and maintain relationships with regional volunteer sources. Deliver regional volunteer engagement programmes and induction. Develop and deliver volunteer training to meet needs. Implement and develop volunteering policies with National Team. Promote volunteering internally and externally and celebrate impact. 🎯 Requirements Experience delivering volunteer recruitment and engagement programs. Ability to build relationships with external volunteering organisations. Experience managing projects and budgets; monitoring outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. IT literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of volunteer management best practices. Understanding needs of volunteers from diverse backgrounds. Willingness to travel in the UK.
