Human Resources Labor Consultant (Contract/Temporary)

📋 Description Participate in collective bargaining for a first contract. Interact with union stewards and reps in a positive relationship. Collaborate with HR, COEs, union reps, and Legal on HR processes. Manage HR processes for bargaining unit employees, including communications. Advise and update HR policies to support new legal/compliance needs. Build capability within managers and HR community. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in HR with labor relations and union environments. Outstanding negotiation skills with track record of successful first-contract negotiations. Strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders and partners. Proficiency in HR operations changes and readiness communications. Ability to manage and update HR documentation.
