Senior Capability Development Analyst

📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain operational training curricula and job aids. Partner with Learning & Development to design programs in the platform. Collaborate with Client Excellence to maintain knowledge repositories. Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for new joiners and staff. Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate learning interventions. Analyze QA findings and performance data to identify learning opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or related field. 5+ years' experience in management company, client service delivery, or shared services. Strong understanding of financial services operations and AML/CFT requirements. Proven experience in operational training, coaching, QA, or continuous improvement. Proficiency in training design, learning content development, and MS Office.
