📋 Description Guide individuals with developmental disabilities through Self Determination. Lead person-centered planning and develop PCPs. Guide budgeting and advocate with Regional Centers. Help clients find tailored supports and community services. Collaborate with customers and coworkers to achieve goals. Maintain client confidentiality and privacy. 🎯 Requirements Experience with Developmental Disability community. Manage multiple customer relationships. Strong time management under pressure. Collaborative with customers and coworkers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
