Business Analyst

📋 Description Join SEEK's People & Culture as a Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Report to the Senior Payroll Project Manager; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors. Conduct current-state payroll analysis across multiple Asian markets. Facilitate workshops to gather functional and technical requirements. Develop functional specs and process maps for system design. Liaise between business, technical teams and vendors to align goals. 🎯 Requirements Business analysis in HR/payroll/HCM implementations. Experience with multi-country/regional projects. Familiar with HCM platforms like Workday (HRIS). Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with payroll data and compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word; Jira/Confluence.
