Oversee corporate governance and regulatory compliance for global subsidiaries. Lead group restructurings and strategic legal initiatives. Build scalable templates, playbooks, and contract management systems. 🎯 Requirements LL.M. and at least 3-5 years of legal experience. Proven drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory knowledge. Ability to translate dense legalese into actionable business guidance.
