Recommend the driving opportunity that best matches each driver's preferences. Oversee AI Recruiting Platform; review AI history and recommendations. Decide when AI should continue or recruiters should intervene; escalate issues. 🎯 Requirements Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent. Strong phone presence. Warm, confident, and persuasive communication. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Comfortable learning new software and AI tools; quick to switch between conversations and tasks.
