Coach and mentor the Global Compensation team. Advise executives on compensation strategy and market competitiveness. Lead the yearly global pay cycle: merit, equity, and incentives. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of progressive compensation in global organizations. Experience leading a global compensation function. Technical expertise in base pay, STI, LTI, executive comp. Strong governance and enterprise compensation strategy experience. Proven ability to lead cross-functional worldwide projects.
