📋 Description Quote travel itineraries, tour packages, and customer costing Arrange hotel, flight and other bookings per itineraries to optimize time Communicate with suppliers and service providers Answer inbound and outbound calls Follow up with clients by phone/email about queries Track documentation and payments Follow up with customers for feedback about their tour/service experience Follow the set SLA and guidelines Meet the set targets 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Commerce/Tourism/Arts 1+ year experience in holidays and travel industry Excellent communication skills Multilingual Ability to ask open-ended questions Well organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking
