Finance Associate, RTR - General Ledger

📋 Description Post journal entries and conduct account reconciliations for accurate records. Complete monthly close and prepare timely reports per schedule. Maintain, reconcile, and analyze Balance Sheet listings. Prepare journal entries to keep records compliant and accurate. Collaborate with Country Controllers, Tax, FP&A and regional controllers for data consistency. Adaptable and ready to use AI tools to improve accounting workflows. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 2+ years in Accounting; Big 4 experience a strong plus. Strong BS and PL analysis; PSAK expertise; financial processes. ERP/EPM proficiency; advanced Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
