📋 Description Implement KIPP Texas postsecondary access vision across designated high schools. Coach and develop school-based College & Career Counseling teams. Lead statewide initiatives: curriculum alignment, coaching, and professional development. Build partnerships with school leaders, higher education institutions, and community organizations to secure resources. Drive 4-year enrollment growth; set targets for 2030 with data-driven adjustments. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 2+ years managing a team toward College Access outcomes. Experience with high school students and families in college counseling (preferred). Experience in high school college access programming and systems. Strong data-driven decision making and data literacy.
