📋 Description Own and manage the full draw cycle for active development projects across multiple lenders Prepare and submit draw requests with cost certifications, inspections, title updates, and lien waivers Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure timely funding Maintain a master draw schedule and proactively flag delays or funding risks Track draw disbursements against approved budgets and flag variances Review closing documents, title commitments, settlement statements, and HUDs prior to closing 🎯 Requirements 4–7 years of experience in real estate development finance or construction lending Strong understanding of construction loan mechanics: draws and covenants Experience managing schedules and liaising with brokers and lenders on coverage compliance Strong financial literacy; reading loan agreements and building cashflow models Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communicator; manage lender relationships across teams Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; build tools and trackers others rely on
