📋 Description Recruit eligible youth for the Job Corps Program. Conduct outreach in communities, agencies, and public events. Meet departmental and center goals and objectives. Conduct orientations and interviews; involve parents for minors. Process applicant files (data entry, e-file scans). Participate in departmental meetings. 🎯 Requirements Strong public speaking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Computer literacy: Internet, email, WordPerfect/MS Word. Evening/weekend availability and ability to travel. Bachelor’s or Associate in related field; two years youth program experience.
