📋 Description Run full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering/data roles (priority: data platform) Own sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, and closing with no coordination layer Build a live map of Toronto engineers to warm searches Run outbound messaging reflecting Terminal's bar Build the hiring operating system and metric dashboards Calibrate the technical bar with CTO/CEO and close senior talent 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in-house recruiting at an early-stage startup 2+ years owning full-cycle recruiting Closed senior and staff engineers in competitive markets with equity Able to source technically; read profiles to judge depth Strong funnel metrics and forecasting abilities Comfortable working with CEO/CTO and no coordination team; strong writing; AI in workflow 🎁 Benefits Base salary CA$115k–CA$152k Meaningful equity Health/dental benefits + healthcare spending account Personal spending account for development, fitness, wellness Four weeks paid time off + holidays In-person office in downtown Toronto
