Technical Recruiter - AEC

📋 Description Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles. Lead recruitment across East Coast and Midwest regions. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines. Develop sourcing plans and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers; ensure positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data integrity. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. 4-6 years of talent acquisition in the AEC industry. Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and active/passive candidate networks. Ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates.
