Collaborate on strategic change initiatives, providing ER input to support outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Proven ER expertise in corporate settings; HRBP experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Asian markets. Adaptable and pragmatic; aligns with SEEK’s risk profile. Strategic, hands-on delivery of ER frameworks and processes.
