Corporate Controller

📋 Description Own GAAP accounting; monthly and quarterly closes; use QuickBooks, Excel, and MySQL. Track expenses and revenue; model revenue recognition for SaaS streams. Prepare financial statements and KPI reports for investors. Create and maintain budgets and financial projections. Manage HR: onboarding, payroll, and regulatory compliance across multiple states. Manage vendor relationships; negotiate terms and resolve disputes with service providers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in finance as a controller/accountant; SaaS preferred. Strong GAAP and accrual accounting; CPA a plus but not required. Organized and process-driven; can streamline workflows and scale processes. Expert with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
