📋 Description Lead full-cycle recruitment across APAC for all levels and roles. Advise leaders and HR partners on talent strategies and workforce needs. Oversee vendor management; ensure recruitment partners meet quality and timelines. Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to drive improvements. Champion AI adoption and process automation in talent acquisition. Support regional/global projects and represent international markets. 🎯 Requirements 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency). Proven track record hiring senior-level and confidential roles across corporate functions. Solid experience in matrix organizations and high-volume recruitment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in dynamic environments. Solid project management experience; energetic, hands-on, and adaptable.
