📋 Description Provide legal guidance for digital mortgage shopping and consumer financial services. Advise on compliance with mortgage, consumer finance, privacy, and ad laws. Review products and marketing for legal and regulatory compliance. Assess legal and regulatory risks and propose practical solutions. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and strategic agreements. Monitor laws affecting mortgage and consumer financial services. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law. 6+ years of relevant legal experience in law firms or in-house. Experience advising on mortgage, consumer finance, privacy, and ad laws. Knowledge of regulations affecting mortgage brokers, lenders, and marketplaces. Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
