📋 Description Lead end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers from needs to hire. Source candidates using multiple strategies for hard-to-fill roles. Improve processes and explore AI-driven recruitment tools. Partner with HRBPs to strengthen business partnerships. Maintain data accuracy and pipeline in SmartRecruiters ATS. Adapt recruitment strategies for Canada and US markets and ensure local compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent. 5+ years in recruitment; 3+ years leading end-to-end process. Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed. Multi-market recruiting experience (Canada/US) is a plus. Fully bilingual in English and French.
