📋 Description Ensure products comply with laws and industry standards; assess risks and review features. Collaborate with product/marketing to deliver legally compliant, business-friendly solutions. Stay proactive on legal/regulatory developments; take necessary actions. Develop/update internal procedures and documents for hosting and domain compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (software, tech, marketing, vendor). Create and maintain standard agreements and processes to ease tasks. 🎯 Requirements LL.M. degree with 4+ years’ in-house or firm legal experience, tech preferred. Strong curiosity to investigate unfamiliar issues for informed decisions. Proven ability to advise business stakeholders across diverse legal matters; prioritization. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; team player. Excellent written and oral communication in Lithuanian and English.
