📋 Description Develop understanding of business unit strategy and people needs. Partner with leaders to build a workforce plan and talent strategy. Guide leaders on total rewards decisions aligned to business needs. Drive talent management: performance, succession, and development planning. Educate leaders to have strong, confident talent conversations. Advise on team structure and role design; lead end-to-end change. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years HR experience; 5+ years as senior HRBP/HR leader. 3+ years people leadership, ideally managing other HRBPs. Bachelor's degree; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred. Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and org design. Fluency with compensation strategy and connecting total rewards to business context.
