Talent Acquisition Lead

📋 Description Support recruitment for TIC industry across multiple business units. Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define hiring needs. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals. Screen and interview candidates; present quality shortlists. Build talent pipelines and engage candidates for niche roles. 🎯 Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related. Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for technical/engineering/lab/industrial/electronics or O&G roles. Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, portals, networking, referrals, and direct search. Familiarity with ATS; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
