Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Eng, Surveying, Environmental Science, or related field. 10+ years in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in leadership. Extensive knowledge of engineering, land development, construction, surveying or environmental consulting. Proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships, and drive growth. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics.
