Leasing Consultant

📋 Description Handle incoming calls and traffic; coordinate property tours. Lease apartments and prepare leasing files for approval and renewals. Develop leasing marketing strategies; participate in outreach marketing. Schedule tours and guide prospects through leasing path. Perform market surveys and share findings with the Community Manager. Invite prospects to sign lease documents and prepare files for review. 🎯 Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required. Direct multi-family experience (1-2 years); Chicagoland high-rise leasing preferred. Strong administrative and organizational skills; onsite lease administration. Strong computer proficiency; Yardi or OneSite experience preferred.
