📋 Description Implement water, fertilization and greenhouse programs per Crop Prescriptions. Operate Argus environmental control for irrigation, climate and alarms. Monitor seedling growth via morphological measurements and tissue analyses. Inspect for insects and diseases and apply controls. Train and supervise seasonal irrigation staff and nursery workers. Follow IPM program for pesticide application and maintain records. 🎯 Requirements Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control systems. Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently. Pesticide Applicator Certificate (preferred). Degree in horticulture-related field or forest seedling nursery experience (preferred).
