Leasing Consultant

📋 Description Full-time role, up to 40 hours per week. Pay rate: $18-$19 hourly. Eligible for benefits and quarterly bonuses up to 5%. Handle onsite leasing and traffic by calls, online, and in person. Opportunity to train in Property Management. Schedule varies; overtime at time and a half when needed. 🎯 Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's preferred; High School Diploma required. Restaurant/Hospitality or multi-family industry exp (1-2 yrs preferred). Strong admin and organization; lease administration onsite; attention to detail. Strong computer proficiency; Yardi or Onesite experience preferred.
