Champion candidate experience and calibration with hiring teams. Leverage data to improve recruiting operations and speed without sacrificing quality. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years recruiting in high-growth startups with GTM/Sales focus. Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement; build complex Boolean searches. Strong technical fluency (cloud, infrastructure, engineering). Data-driven mindset; optimize recruiting with tech and data. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
