Turn frontline insight into disciplined experiments; guide AI tooling. Partner with Product, Growth and Ops to improve outcomes. Define experiment processes and scale successful approaches across markets. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in recruitment, operations, or growth with delivery accountability. Proven people leadership of high-performing individual contributors. Experience guiding teams through ambiguity and evolving models. Track record designing and running structured experiments.
