📋 Description Own and develop our customs solution as a product for growth. Support and coordinate return operations across hubs in Switzerland, the UK and Norway. Shape and implement processes and guidelines for compliant ecommerce operations. Contribute ideas to enhance our customs SaaS app with the Product team. 🎯 Requirements German university student based in Berlin; part-time (20h/week) for ≥12 months. Logistics or ecommerce experience is a plus. Curious about logistics processes and eager to improve them. Proactive, structured, solution-oriented; able to own tasks.
