Finance Coach (VP+)

📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions. Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills. Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat. Share coaching tools and insights to enhance our practices. Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador. 🎯 Requirements 20+ years in finance leadership with coaching. Interested in turning people leadership into coaching. ICF-certified coaching is a plus but not required. Willing to complete Mento Coaching 101 (ICF program). Based in North America or Europe (remote). Commit to 12+ hours per month for 24+ months. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote position. ICF-certified coach training (Mento Coaching 101).
