Senior Manager, External Manufacturing

📋 Description Negotiate Manufacturing Service Agreements and amendments; ensure compliance. Plan and procure materials to meet TPM requirements. Communicate product forecasts and align manufacturing/delivery schedules. Coordinate Steering Committee and Virtual Operation Teams. Review quality trends with QA and implement process improvements. Establish governance and ensure regulatory-compliant quality documentation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in science/technical field; MSc/MBA preferred. 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, PM, quality, and S&T. Broad business perspective and knowledge of manufacturing processes. Strong project management experience and ability to influence. Experience managing subcontracted relationships. Strong knowledge of business financial systems and tools.
