📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching via virtual sessions on the Mento platform Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat Share coaching tools and insights to enhance practices Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador 🎯 Requirements Director/VP or senior research leader with 15+ years leading research teams Strong technical researcher/engineer in AI/ML, large-scale modeling Research leader with publications, patents; PhD preferred Experienced coach; coaching cert a plus but not required Wants to translate leadership into coaching skills Can commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months Based in North America or Europe; comfortable in remote startup 🎁 Benefits Contract hourly pay plus bonuses Requires 3-5 hours/week commitment Minimum 24 months Fully remote; North America or Europe ICF-certified coach training (Coaching 101)
