Director, Structured Finance

📋 Description Originate, structure, and execute US project finance for solar, storage, thermal, and digital. Lead development/corporate loans, tax equity, tax credit transfers. Own the financing model and manage risks while obtaining internal approvals. Coordinate due diligence with dev, engineering, and legal teams for investor inquiries. Cultivate relationships with investors, lenders, and energy sector partners. Mentor junior staff and foster a high performance, inclusive culture. 🎯 Requirements 5-10+ years in energy project financing, incl. tax equity closings. Bachelor’s in finance or accounting; MBA or CFA a plus. Strong understanding of energy markets, solar tech, and project finance. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office proficiency. Experience with project management software and cross-functional teams.
