📋 Description Follow EHS procedures and promote a proactive safety culture. Set up and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment across 3 value streams. Run vision system tasks and resolve serialization faults. Monitor and improve OEE across the production floor. Troubleshoot to component level: gears, belts, motors, sensors. Lead 6S, manage CMMS work orders, and on-the-floor training support. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma; technical cert/Associates preferred; must meet Production Technician III. Quality focus and compliance with site policies. Communicate issues to operations, engineering and mechanical teams. Advanced pneumatics, electronics, motors, sensors; HMIs and serialization. POMs, SAP, MAXIMO familiarity; basic computer skills. 4-5+ years cGMP experience; ability to stand 8-12 hrs and lift 25 lbs; 40-60 hrs/wk. 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k).
