📋 Description Define and execute the legal/compliance strategy. Advise Board and exec on legal, regulatory and governance issues. Govern equity plans, capital raises, M&A, and restructurings. Manage external counsel and legal budget; ensure cost efficiency. Oversee complex commercial agreements (licensing, APIs, SaaS). Guide product risk, cross-border compliance, and IP protection. 🎯 Requirements JD or equivalent; active bar membership. 12+ years in-house leadership in fintech/crypto/reg tech. GC/Deputy GC or senior legal executive experience. Expert in complex software, APIs, licensing, and token issuance. Knowledge of global crypto, fintech, securities, AML/KYC, privacy. Experience guiding governance, risk, financing, and cross-jurisdictional matters.
