CX Coach (VP+)

📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions. Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities. Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions. Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen Mento's practices. Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador. 🎯 Requirements Director/VP or senior CS/EX leader with 20+ years in tech. Leader with experience coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus. Wants to turn leadership skills into coaching. Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace. Self-aware with high emotional IQ; creates a safe space for vulnerability. Able to commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote; candidates based in North America or Europe.
