Implementation Manager

📋 Description Own and lead all implementations from concept to release. Explain product tech and demo to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into solutions. Develop Customer Success assets and onboarding materials with Sales. Lead dispersed client relationships to deliver projects on time. Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years technology project management; customer-facing preferred. Able to create project plans, SOWs, and docs. Maintain high engagement and customer loyalty. Python or Java programming experience. Onsite implementation experience preferred.
