Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting

📋 Description Administer the company's financial systems (general ledger & reporting) Plan, prepare, and issue SEC filings (10-Q/10-K/8-K) and disclosures Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and analyses; coordinate with segment teams Prepare subsidiary financials for debt compliance and investor/regulatory reporting Support the monthly consolidation process and related reporting Coordinate with auditors; maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls 🎯 Requirements Advanced Accounting students with 3 years of undergrad completed 2-3 years experience in auditing or accounting firms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
