📋 Description Be the single point of contact for buyers, lenders, and stakeholders on Title/Settlement work. Read search documents and paraphrase title and related matters. Support Title/Settlement by providing status to stakeholders and answering questions. Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the transaction. Produce error-free work consistently. Maintain 100% quality yield. 🎯 Requirements 1-2 years in international voice; mortgage/insurance preferred; Versant test required. Mortgage or Settlement background. Good communication skills. Ability to speak in a neutral American accent. Experience in international voice process serving US customers.
