Site Director

📋 Description Own overall site operations, safety, and security; approve activities Coordinate with engineering/chemistry to plan tests and campaigns Authorize go/no-go for tests and energetic material operations Establish and enforce site policies, SOPs, and controls Ensure regulatory compliance across ATF, DoD, DDESB, EPA/RCRA, ITAR Lead emergency response planning and incident command; coordinate with responders 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field, or equivalent 7+ years in operations, production, or facility management in a regulated environment, incl. 3+ years in leadership Working knowledge of ATF explosives regulations (27 CFR 555) and/or DoD safety standards Experience owning site safety and/or security programs, including SOP development Proven ability to serve as final safety authority; authority to stop or defer activity Strong planning and coordination across engineering, operations, and support 🎁 Benefits Equal Employment Opportunity Reasonable Accommodation E-Verify
