📋 Description Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle with compliant service. Drive process standardization and maintain global SOPs; automate where possible. Optimize HR tech (Workday, Freshservice) and AI-powered workflows. Identify AI/automation opportunities to boost productivity and insights. Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics. Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data and data integrity. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services in a fast-paced global tech company. Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), HR case management (Freshservice or similar). Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools, workflow automation, or digital solutions. Deep understanding of Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and HR ops best practices. Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage cross-functional projects.
