Develop and monitor SLAs; use data-driven metrics to improve efficiency. Drive innovation; evaluate new tech to optimize maintenance and costs. Manage hardware vendors and service providers; renew contracts. Develop and oversee infra ops budget; optimize resources and costs. Lead and inspire infra ops engineers; foster collaboration and improvement. Set performance goals; conduct reviews and support career growth. 🎯 Requirements Senior-level ops mgmt exp; head infra ops preferred. Deep data center infra knowledge: servers, networks, cloud, power. Strong ITIL principles and best practices. Excellent leadership and people mgmt; build high-performing teams. Analytical, problem-solving; data-driven decisions. Excellent communication; collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
