📋 Description Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Canada and internationally. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, and offers. Implement and oversee HR activities, policies, and compliance. Act as primary HR contact for employees and managers. Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least 5 years of recruitment experience in creative tech and multimedia industries. Experience in international recruitment. Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and social media sourcing. Proven ability to recruit specialized talent (developers, engineers, data visualization, creative professionals).
