📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills Communicate with members via email or in-app chat between sessions Share coaching tools and insights to enhance coaching practices Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador Form 1:1 partnerships to help members set goals and lead effectively 🎯 Requirements 20+ years experience leading legal teams in tech Senior GC/CLO with European office leadership Coaching experience preferred; certification a plus Willing to complete ICF-certified coaching program Remote; based in North America or Europe Commit to 12+ hours/month for 24+ months 🎁 Benefits ICF-certified coach training program included Graduate with Continuing Coach Education Units Contract role with hourly pay plus bonuses for engagement Fully remote position Flexible schedule (12+ hours/month minimum)
