📋 Description Lead drafting, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Advise leadership on legal matters critical to growth. Create forms, playbooks, and training to improve speed and risk. Build scalable legal operations processes and tools. Proactively manage duties in a small, high-growth team. 🎯 Requirements Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements (software licenses, partnerships, JDA). Experience negotiating and drafting IP and material contracts in stock purchases, mergers, asset purchases. Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment with strong organizational skills. J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership. 5+ years of relevant experience.
