📋 Description Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with IDD. Ensure health, safety, and achievement of service goals. Enrich and support residents in a safe environment. Provide companionship and encourage independence and self-care. Assist with daily living activities (ADLs). Prepare meals, snacks, and perform light housekeeping. 🎯 Requirements Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training. Passion for person-centered care. Dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
