📋 Description Advise UK/Europe stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory matters. Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk. Review and negotiate tech, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts. Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments; assess impact and support changes. Identify day-to-day legal/regulatory risks; implement mitigation measures. Assist with legal project management across jurisdictions. Prepare guidance, templates and training to boost legal awareness and compliance. 🎯 Requirements Qualified lawyer with 2+ years' experience in law firm or in-house. Fluent in English; European languages are a plus. Generalist with strong commercial and privacy law knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Pragmatic, commercial approach to legal matters. Comfortable in international, multicultural environments. Shows initiative; improves processes and practical problem-solving. Interest in legal tech/AI; willing to adopt efficiency tools. Experience with fast-growing companies is a plus. 🎁 Benefits Salary range €75,000 - €95,000 (annualized).
